When will I receive my order?

Items available for immediate purchase will be sent with an expected delivery date of 3-5 business days after your purchase has been accepted.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond XY’s control.

Should you need your items sooner, please contact us and we will try to assist, where possible.

Can I modify shipping address?

If you need to modify your shipping / delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information cannot be modified once your order has already been shipped.

Do you ship worldwide?

Items purchased on XY's e-shop can be shipped islandwide, within Singapore. If you are overseas and wish to make a purchase, please contact us by email at xycustomercare@gmail.com, and we will try to assist.

What if an item is unavailable?

If an item or size you have selected is not available for purchase on XY's e-shop, you may contact us and we will assist, where possible.

What is your Return Policy?

Items purchased online can be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery. Returned products must meet the below requirements to be accepted:

Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

Products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and with XY's tags attached to it.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, use, alteration or wash, and/or if the adhesive strip had been removed.

All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us. This is to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to you.

How can I return an item?

XY has a 7-day return policy.
You may return an item for size/color exchange or refund, provided that you notify us in writing and within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us by email at xycustomercare@gmail.com, specifying your purchase information.

Once your inquiry has been received, we will send an email containing your return instructions and details about the next steps to take.

Items must be returned to us unused with XY’s tags and protective adhesive strip still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

How can I exchange an item?

If you wish to return an item for size or color exchange, simply request a return via email at xycustomercare@gmail.com, within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include in the email your purchase information, as well as the new size/color.

All exchanges are based on stock availability at the time of return.
There’s no cost to exchange your purchase for an alternative size or color. Although shipping fee may be applicable.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by XY.
We will issue a full refund, credited to your original form of payment and will not include shipping costs, unless in case of faulty items.

Refunds will be issued in Singapore Dollars. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

For purchases paid by Credit Card, XY is not responsible for the varying processing times between payment providers. If you have not been reimbursed within 14 business days, please check with your financial institution.

How do I know my size?

Size guide with general recommendations is available on each product page to help determine your best fit.

How should I wash my Swimwear?

It is recommended to follow the instructions specified in the care label attached to each item.
In general, swimwear pieces should be hand-washed separately in cold water, and dried flat in shade. Items must not be wrung, bleached, dry cleaned, tumble dried or ironed.
It is also recommended to avoid direct contact with sunscreen and tanning oils.

How is XY committed to Sustainability?

XY is committed to implementing a culture of responsibility.

As part of our effort to minimise our environmental footprint, all pieces are meticulously crafted using responsible fabrics. Our range is made from 78% regenerated fibres, creating resources out of waste and diverting it from the ocean. With the aim of avoiding overproduction, our swimwear collections are limited editions, and produced in small quantities. 

We will continue to search for more sustainable solutions, materials and manufacturing processes to further help mitigate our impact on the environment.
